P. (2007), a psychologist at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Recent studies, however, have raised questions about the validity of this claim. According to a controversial new study, men are smarter than women. This assertion is unfair and stop on it ignores everything that women have made and all the great qualities which they keep in them.

Firstly, to be a good leader in the vein of men and manage a team to achieve the objectives requires a lot of techniques, needs patience, and also involves ability to face many difficulties and tribulations. Secondly, to think about honesty, intelligence, charisma and communication skills on one side, natural talents, self-control and maturity in front of serious problems or bad situations are the main reasons why women are considered at the expense of men to be the best leaders in the world. There are some important qualities of men leadership.

First of all, men are physically and morally strong. According to Levin M. (2008), women only have 58-60 percent of the upper body strength of men and on average, are only 80 percent as strong as a man of identical weight. Sex differences also appear by the age of three in the ability of males and females to throw a ball far and accurately. Yet, as Levin argues, females simply do not have the strength or endurance necessary to be effective in physical way. Secondly, men have a talent to be a good manager. According to Dwight D.

Eisenhower “The one quality that can be developed by studious reflection and practice is the leadership of men” P. 1. For him, leadership is a learning skill and leadership ability consists of learned in school talents that are developed throughout a leader’s career. Thirdly, in contrast with women, men are not impulsive: men are slower but more accurate because they feel anxious about committing errors; opposite to women who are fast and inaccurate because the task provokes on them anxiety about their competence to resolve it. Lastly, men have better nderstand concerning leadership skills in school, which is the contrary to women. For certain opponents, it is obvious that men are smarter than women. If not how come all top business positions and almost all top political positions are men. If women are too smart why they can’t have good position in this area which is the top of leadership? The answer is because men are the best in this way. To go over the main points, men are very strong in physical and moral side; they have a talent to be good leaders contrary to women who are very spontaneous and men are very smarts concerning leadership in school.

Despite the fact that management by women has always been neglected, women leaders are highly appreciate. Oprah Winfrey, Indira Ghandi, Margaret Thatcher, fearless females are some of the many examples. There are several reasons which permit to say that women are the best leaders in the world. First of all, when it comes to honesty, intelligence, charisma and communication skills women are best because they have an exemplary character. It is of greatest importance that leaders are trustworthy to lead others. They need to be trusted and be known to live their life with honestly and integrity.

Women leaders “walk the talk”. Women leaders not only maintain high standards, but also are proactive in raising the bar in order to achieve excellence in all areas; as result, women leaders have capacity to be excellent leaders and their inner strength reveals itself to be even bigger and more convenient to be heard, be respected and to execute their orders. Secondly, women have natural talents such as perception and active listening. According to Hesselbein, F. (2009), “The strongest leaders have technical as well as soft skills, and have practiced them in the field.

Women leaders frequently share a generosity of spirit and soft skills like facilitation and active listening” P. 31. For that reason, women leaders have empowerment, decision making, conflict resolution and motivation which allow them to lead teams with delicateness, skillfulness and effectiveness. This is not the case with men who failed by using their physical strength to resolve team problems. Another reason which makes women in top of leadership is the fact that woman in general and those leaders have self-control. According to Liddy S. 2010) “Women leaders display high emotional intelligence. Maintaining high emotional intelligence means these women are more apt to remain cool and in control in a crisis; not let negative influences bring them down and not find themselves spinning in those self defeating cycles that so many of us find ourselves in”. Women leaders are tolerant and stay calm, composed and committed to the main purpose. Storms, emotions, and crises come and go and they keep a cool head. Women leaders are not impulsive, they have their own strengths, and they know how to exploit and control them.

To illustrate this, the sample of one woman in her home with her husband and their kids; after the dinner, she goes and makes them on bed. When one of them cries in the night, she is the first one who lift, goes and sees what happen, take care and reassure whereas her husband stay in their bedroom and waiting for details of the incident. Is the same thing when woman manages, she takes men and women of her team like her kids. Briefly, to lead, woman sees everything wrong as a source of learning a lesson. One more reason is the following: in contrast to men, women tend to mature; they have a very high sense of responsibility.

Leadership is not something that is learned, especially not on the benches of school is above all natural. A good leader must of course have reached a certain wisdom that often only comes with age and repetition. All in all women have capability, natural talents, self-control and maturity to be the best leaders in world. In conclusion, women are best leaders in the world because of their potential, natural talents, self-control and maturity even though men, in spite of their physical and moral strength, their talent to be a good manager, their character and finally, their skills in leadership have more to learn of women to be like them.

As result they are the best. References Dwight D. Eisenhower (2007) http://www. steinbrecher. com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/leadership_is_a_learned_skill. pdf Hesselbein, F.
